PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam medical treatment system capable of changing control processing of a device on the irradiation with particle beams according to an event likely to affect a particle beam irradiation state, a control device of the particle beam medical treatment system, and a control method of the particle beam medical treatment system.;SOLUTION: A particle beam medical treatment system includes: an accelerator; a transport device; an irradiation device; a control device for controlling one of the accelerator, the transport device, and the irradiation device; a power source for supplying power to at least one of the accelerator, the transport device, and the irradiation device; and a control device for controlling one of the accelerator, the transport device, the irradiation device, and the power source. The control device includes an acquisition part for acquiring information on an event likely to affect an irradiation state of particle beams irradiated with by the irradiation device, and a control part for changing control processing based on the information when executing control other than normal control for one of the accelerator, the transport device, the irradiation device, and the power source.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
