PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner set for electrostatic charge image development that can achieve both high concealability in a white image and high color developability in a colored image.SOLUTION: A toner set for electrostatic charge image development contains a white toner including white toner particles that each include a core part containing a binder resin and white colorant and a coating layer coating the core part and containing the binder resin but not containing the colorant, and a colored toner including colored toner particles that each include a core part containing a binder resin and colored colorant and a coating layer coating the core part and containing the binder resin but not containing the colorant. When the difference between the average equivalent circle diameter [Rw1] of the core part in the white toner particle and the average equivalent circle diameter [Rw2] of the white toner particle is [Rw2-Rw1], and the difference between the average equivalent circle diameter [Rc1] of the core part in the colored toner particle and the average equivalent circle diameter [Rc2] of the colored toner particle is [Rc2-Rc1], [Rw2-Rw1]<[Rc2-Rc1] is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None
