PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for glass scattering prevention and a reinforced glass which is coated with the coating agent and has a scattering prevention function at the time of breakage and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a coating agent which contains 50-60 wt.% of a caprolactone modified acrylic resin, 10-20 wt.% of acrylic polyol, 10-20 wt.% of a polyurethane resin, 0.1-1.5 wt.% of a reaction catalyst, 0.1-1.5 wt.% of a wet additive, 1.0-1.5 wt.% of a pigment, 5-20 wt.% of a solvent and a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer-based resin as a curing agent; and reinforced glass which has a transparent and/or black primer layer formed on one surface and a transparent or black polyurethane coating layer formed by coating a coating agent for glass scattering prevention on one surface of the primer, and is applied, especially, to an automobile panorama roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
