To provide a provision number prediction device, a provision number prediction method and a provision number prediction program, capable of predicting a provision number of meals.SOLUTION: The provision number prediction device includes an in-building person number determination unit, a use rate estimation unit and a prediction unit. The in-building person number determination unit determines a tabulation result of in-building person number which is the number of persons who stayed in a building at a former time than a time zone in which meals are provided in a facility with a dining hall. The use rate estimation unit establishes an actual value of the past use rate of the dining hall on the basis of a ratio between tabulation results of the number of persons who used the dining hall in the past and the number of in-building persons in the past and establishes an estimation value of a use rate of the dining hall at a target day on the basis of the actual value of the past use rate of the dining hall. The prediction unit determines a prediction value of the provision number of meals at a target day on the basis of tabulation results of the estimation value of the use rate of the dining hall at the target day and the number of in-building persons at the target day.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
