To provide a method and array effective for health monitoring, diagnosis, treatment and preventive medicine.SOLUTION: A health monitoring method comprises steps of: a) making a composite biological sample contact with a peptide array, wherein the peptide array comprises various kinds of peptide capable of off-target coupling with at least one kind of antibody in the biological sample; b) measuring off-target coupling of the antibody to different peptide among the a plurality of peptide arrays, to form immunity signature; and c) associating the immunity signature with a health state.SELECTED DRAWING: None
