It proposes a corrosion-resistant coating layer including a potassium titanate structure that prevents corrosion by lowering the diffusion rate for elements or molecules that cause corrosion, and prevents the coating layer from being damaged or detached even by external impact. The paint layer is applied to the inner, outer, or both surfaces of the adherend to prevent corrosion.The paint layer is laminated while forming a void (G), and between the corrosion-resistant layer and the corrosion-resistant layer made of coarse potassium titanate. It is filled in and contains nano-filled particles made of nano-potassium titanate.
