An apparatus for optimizing an experimental condition using a neural network may calculate a prediction yield and an accuracy of the prediction yield using a neural network-based experimental prediction model. The apparatus can optimize the experimental conditions by determining an experiment priority among combinations of experimental conditions based on the predicted yield and the predicting accuracy, and receiving feedback of the experimental results according to the experimental priorities.
