BIOFEEDBACK SENSORS IN A BODY AREA NETWORK

Technologies for sensing a user's biofeedback signal include a body area network (BAN) system that includes one or more biofeedback sensors and one or more BAN controllers. The biofeedback sensors are configured to detect a sensing BAN signal, which may include a biofeedback signal and a body-connected communication (BCC) signal. To realize communication, the biofeedback sensors can demultiplex the detected BAN signal into a biofeedback signal and an incoming BCC signal. Likewise, the biofeedback sensors can multiplex the outgoing BCC signal with the detected biofeedback signal. The BAN controller can communicate in a similar way. In addition, the BAN controller processes the incoming BCC signal and provides feedback to the user based on the BCC signal received from the biofeedback sensors.
