The present invention relates to a composition for relieving skin aging having an effect of improving skin wrinkles or whitening skin. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having excellent skin wrinkle improvement effect and skin whitening effect, including sunflower seed oil and safflower seed oil. The composition comprising the mixture of sunflower seed oil and safflower seed oil of the present invention has superior skin wrinkle improvement effect and skin whitening effect than when using sunflower seed oil and safflower seed oil, respectively.
