The disclosure provides a hot-rolled high-strength medium-thickness steel plate for double-side enameling, wherein the steel plate has a microstructure matrix of ferrite or ferrite + pearlite, wherein a Ti 4 C 2 S 2 precipitated phase and a Ti(C,N) precipitated phase are diffusively dispersed in the matrix, wherein the hot-rolled high-strength medium-thickness steel plate for double-side enameling comprises chemical elements in mass percentages: C: 0.02-0.15%, Si: 0.10-0.50%, Mn: 0.3-1.5%, S: 0.006-0.035%, Al: 0.01-0.08%, N: 0.006-0.015%, Ti: 0.08-0.20%, Cu: 0.02ˆ¼0.10%, and a balance of iron and unavoidable impurities.
