A transapically-implanted mitral valve flexible closure plate blocking body comprising: a flexible closure plate (7), a left and right guide wire (8), a guide ring (13) and a fixation plug (12). The fixation plug (12) is fixedly implanted at a cardiac apex (4) of the heart, the flexible closure plate (7) is located at an anterior and posterior leaflet junction of the heart, the left and right guide wire (8) respectively pass through a hook (6) on the same side, are fixedly connected to the flexible closure plate (7) in the upper portion on the same side, and respectively pass through a guide ring (13) fixedly connected in the lower portion of the flexible closure plate (7) on the same side, and are fixedly connected to the fixation plug (12). An implantation method thereof is also provided.
