Provided are a method and apparatus for measuring a blood flow velocity in a diastolic phase, a system and a storage medium. The method for measuring a blood flow velocity in a diastolic phase comprises: reading a two-dimensional coronary angiography image group of at least one body position (S100); extracting a blood vessel section of interest from the two-dimensional coronary angiography image group (S200); extracting a center line of the blood vessel section (S300); obtaining the difference between the time in which a contrast medium flows through the blood vessel section in any two frames of two-dimensional coronary angiography images, wherein a difference value is Δt, and obtaining the difference between segmented center lines, wherein a difference value is ΔL (S400); according to the ratio of ΔL to Δt, solving a blood flow velocity (S500); and selecting the maximum value of the blood flow velocity, i.e. the blood flow velocity in a diastolic phase (S600). According to the method, there is no need to perform measurement using a non-invasive blood pressure instrument, and thus a measured blood flow velocity in a diastolic phase cannot be influenced by external factors, such as mood, such that the accuracy in measuring a blood flow velocity in the diastolic phase is improved.
