This nursing care bed system is provided with a nursing care bed and a nursing care bed position changing device. The nursing care bed position changing device is provided with: a care-receiver data acquisition unit that acquires care-receiver data including at least one of audio data of a care-receiver lying on the nursing care bed and video data of the care-receiver; a bed position information generation unit that generates, on the basis of the care-receiver data, bed position state information which corresponds to a request from the care-receiver; and a position changing unit that changes the position of the nursing care bed on the basis of the bed position state information.
