The present invention relates to a multilayer structure high-energy radiation shielding material using a polymer / lead-free metal composite material and a method and application thereof, and more specifically, a bismus-tin alloy powder composed of multiple layers and tungsten. A plate-shaped tungsten flakes that are inserted between layers of a film, sheet or woven base material made of a molecular resin and are arranged and fixed on the surface of the base material with a predetermined pattern and a certain interval. The base material and the layers formed by the tungsten flakes to be fixed are laminated in multiple layers so as to be laminated alternately. However, the mutual positions of the tungsten flakes of the adjacent layers are such that the center of the strips is the center of the flakes. It relates to a multilayer structure high energy radiation shielding material, which is characterized in that they are arranged so as not to match each other.
