A composition for immunostaining a large transparent tissue and a method for immunostaining a large transparent living tissue by using the composition are disclosed. The composition for immunostaining of a clear large tissue is an existing method by increasing the antibody permeability in a clear biological tissue, specifically, a large biological tissue having a thickness of 3 mm or more, and allowing the antibody to penetrate deeply into the thick tissue. By overcoming the immunostaining problem associated with the limitation of antibody permeation and shortening the time required for immunostaining of large tissues, high-resolution three-dimensional bioimaging of large living tissues is possible easily and quickly.
