The presented invention related to the composition for preparing surgical hemostatic film rice starch - based that comprised the aqueous solutions of gelatinised rice starch, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, and glycerol without gelatin, calcium chloride, and acetic acid. Furthermore, the invention related to the process for preparing surgical hemostatic film rice starch - based by it composition, and related to the surgical hemostatic film rice starch - based by it composition, and/or the surgical hemostatic film rice starch - based that prepared by this process.
