METHOD FOR HARVESTING CULTURED CELLS FROM THREE-DIMENSIONAL POROUS SCAFFOLD

Provided is a method for efficiently harvesting cells cultured in large scale, from a three-dimensional porous scaffold. The method includes the steps of: culturing cells in the three-dimensional porous scaffold sealed in a culture vessel; providing an enzyme treatment on the cultured cells in the culture vessel, the enzyme treatment performed by adding an enzyme solution containing trypsin-EDTA andcaseinase or collagenase into the culture vessel; and providing a vibration treatment on the cultured cells, the vibration treatment performed by bringing a bottom surface of the culture vessel into surface contact with a platform making a circular motion in a horizontal plane so that a vertical vibration is applied to the cultured cells subjected to the enzyme treatment.
