The present invention discloses organometalo composition which comprises Zinc octoate and copper octoate along with other organometalo compounds having antimicrobial and antioxidant property, wherein, the metal concentration is in the range of 0.5 to 25 % and the organic molecules concentration in the range of 75 to 99.5 % for agricultural and non-agricultural applications.
