To provide a GARP-binding antibody useful as a tumor treating agent and a method for treating tumor using the antibody, and to provide an antibody as a pharmaceutical having a therapeutic effect by inhibiting Treg function in tumor and a method for treating tumor using the antibody.SOLUTION: An anti-GARP antibody that binds to GARP and exhibits inhibitory activity to Treg function and exhibits ADCC activity is obtained, thereby a pharmaceutical composition for use in tumor therapy, comprising the aforementioned antibody is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
