To provide a forming method of a sheath connection port capable of forming a sheath connection port in a simple structure without any displacement and securely without any peeling damage of concrete.SOLUTION: End surfaces 2a of a pair of concrete segments 2 formed in a condition that a concrete form 1 abuts an insertion tool 10 for forming a sheath connection port have an outer diameter of a central part in a longitudinal direction inserted in an opening 1a of the concrete form 1, which are designed larger than inner diameters of opening ends 3a of a pair of sheath connection tubes 3, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
