A virtual money management system includes: a gaming server which can be accessed by a plurality of user terminals and controls a multiplayer game played by the plurality of user terminal accessing; and a management server which manages virtual money bet in the multiplayer game, wherein the gaming server operates a plurality of types of multiplayer games, and the management server (A) manages different types of virtual money used in the plurality of types of multiplayer games, respectively, (B) performs exchange processing for exchanging the different types of virtual money with each other, and (C) in at least one type of multiplayer game among the plurality of types of multiplayer games, grants rewards to players based on reward values defined according to rankings in the game.
