Provided are an adaptive alarm system, method, device, and Internet of Things system, the adaptive alarm system includes: an acquisition module (10), an alarm module (20) and a control module (30); the acquisition module (10) is used to acquire the measurement signal of the monitored object; the control module (30) is used to receive and analyze the measurement signal from a parameter acquirer (112) to acquire the main control parameter and the reference parameter, when the main control parameter exceeds the normal range, a first alarm instruction for the main control parameter is output and the alarm refractory period for the main control parameter is controlled and started; during the alarm refractory period, the duration of the alarm refractory period is adjusted according to the main control parameter and reference parameter; the alarm module (20) is used to alarm the main control parameter when the first alarm instruction is received. The adaptive alarm system makes it possible to output an alarm in a timely manner during the alarm refractory period when the physiological state of the monitored object deteriorates without being missed.
