The present invention relates to the technical field of drinking water production and disclosed is a bottled drinking water production system, comprising a PLC control system, an acid tank, an alkali tank, and a raw water tank, a lifting pump, a pretreatment unit, a PH detector, a sterilization unit, a reverse osmosis filter and a first pure water storage tank that are sequentially connected by means of a pipeline along a water flow direction, wherein a reverse osmosis unit is connected to the first pure water storage tank by means of a first water pipe; liquid outlets of the acid tank and the alkali tank are both provided with electromagnetic valves and are connected to the first water pipe; the lifting pump, the PH detector, and the electromagnetic valves are all electrically connected to the PLC control system. The present invention can effectively treat various impurities and microorganisms in raw water, and ensure filtering and sterilization effects. Meanwhile, the system can automatically add an acid liquid or an alkali liquid for adjustment according to a PH value of water, so that drinking water treated by the system has a stable PH value, and the quality of the drinking water is guaranteed.
