A high-speed stereoscopic three-dimensional multi-modal imaging system and method. The system comprises: a beam splitter (201) used for generating two near-infrared sub femtosecond pulse laser beams with different angles; a plane mirror pair (202) having respective adjustable rotation angles and respectively used for reflecting two near-infrared sub ultrafast pulse laser beams; a tight focusing lens (203) used for tightly focusing the two near-infrared sub femtosecond pulse laser beams on a three-dimensional micro-nano scale sample; a microscope objective table (204) used for loading the three-dimensional micro-nano scale sample and a three-dimensional displacement sample; an imaging lens (205) used for collecting multi-modal non-linear spectral signals generated by sample scattering to obtain two two-dimensional images; a large-area array detector (207) used for simultaneously detecting the two two-dimensional images; and a true three-dimensional imaging module (208) used for performing true three-dimensional imaging according to the two detected two-dimensional images. By means of performing a single instance of measurement on two two-dimensional views, with flexible angles of view, generated by a multi-modal non-linear spectrum, the observation time is shortened, and the sample damage is reduced.
