A connection block is fixedly provided on an outer wall of the connection post, a support post is fixedly connected on the upper end of the connection block, and an impact block is fixedly connected on the upper end of the support post, the support post penetrating the interior of a limiting frame. An impact bearing block is provided above the impact block, the upper end of the impact bearing block being connected to the bottom end of a first tank body. Material guide panels are fixedly connected to inner side walls of the upper end of a second tank body, crushing rollers are provided below the material guide panels, and a dust suction structure is provided on the side of the second tank body away from a gear. The present invention features a scientifically reasonable structure and safe and convenient use.
