In the present utility model, by means of the arrangement of the floating block, the first sliding block, and the second sliding block, on the basis of the amount of wastewater added to the apparatus, the height of the bottom end of the feed pipe in the material storage box is controlled, thereby controlling the drug dosage sucked into the feed pipe, preventing the suction of unsuitable drug dosages, and ensuring the working effect and economy of the apparatus; by means of the arrangement of the filter net, the baffle, and the collecting tank, after sedimentation of the wastewater, the wastewater is filtered multiple times by means of the filter net and the collecting tank, improving the cleaning effect of the apparatus whilst ensuring the working efficiency of the apparatus.
