A vehicle ABS control device (100) has three types of control modes which are ABS control modes selected by an ABS control mode selection unit (8), namely, a braking-force priority mode, a lateral-force priority yaw-damping mode, and a lateral-force priority yaw-promoting mode. The vehicle ABS control device (100) works toward stabilizing the behavior of a vehicle fitted with the vehicle ABS control device (100) while the vehicle is turning by switching, according to the ABS control mode selected by the ABS control mode selection unit (8), the target slip ratio of each wheel between a braking-force priority and a lateral-force priority, the target slip ratio being set by a target slip ratio setting unit (9).
