PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic test system, particularly an automatic circuit board test system for switching signals, and a test method thereof. The present invention is used in the environment of an electronic product under test. The related parameters are measured by sending the test signal to the test piece, which is an electronic product.
