In a method for the in-situ production of a corner connector angle element, two miter-cut hollow profile sections (20) are provided and in each hollow profile section (20) a corner connector casting element (10) is positioned in a profile hollow chamber (24). The corner connector mold member (10) forms with the adjacent walls of the hollow profile section (20) at least one cavity (2) which opens into a miter plane (G) and which is closed at its other end. Finally, a molten thermoplastic resin mass (9) is injected from the outside of the hollow profile sections (20) through an injection opening (8) into the cavity (2) formed between the corner connector form elements (10) and the hollow profile sections (20).
