FIELD: construction. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a design structure for an apartment building, in which a plurality of apartment blocks, each of which is a maisonette, in which two floors, including an upper floor and a lower floor, are combined into a separate apartment block, are re-arranged in vertical and horizontal directions. In the project design, each apartment block has a living room located on the upper floor and many bedrooms located on the lower floor. Double pylons spaced apart from each other are installed on the lateral boundaries of adjacent apartment blocks. Double pylons include a pair of first pylons located inside the apartment block and a pair of second pylons located outside the apartment block and located inside another apartment block adjacent to it. The first beam element, which serves as a load bearing structure, is connected to and mounted on the first pylon. The second beam element, which serves as a load bearing structure, is connected to and mounted on a second pylon. A connecting beam of double pylons, configured to connect the first pylon and the second pylon, is additionally provided on the side surface of the lower floor slab.;EFFECT: invention will improve the safety of the structure, its noise insulation, and provides the possibility of easy reconstruction.;5 cl, 6 dwg
