The present invention relates to a method for preparing liver-spheroids and liver-organoids, which improves liver function and is suitable for drug metabolism by using a three-dimensional culture method. The present invention relates to a method of culturing liver-spheroids and liver-organoids under conditions that better realize the microenvironment of liver tissue. Specifically, the present invention can effectively mass-produce liver-spheroids and liver-organoids with improved liver function when culturing liver precursors under shear stress conditions. The liver-spheroids and liver-organoids thus prepared have characteristics similar to those of human liver tissues, and thus can be used for in vitro studies of hepatotoxicity.
