PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterile single-use filled delivery device for maintenance of VAD, which removes unwanted air bubbles from a filled container and at the same time suppresses backflow. A single-use delivery device (10), a manually deformable liquid container (20) that defines an internal chamber, in which the containers are at the distal end, the body, the proximal end, and the distal end. A manually deformable liquid container having an outlet at the container and a chip protruding from the outlet at the distal end of the container, the chip having fluid communication with the container's internal chamber, one or the other.
