PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat wastewater containing fine particle cement dispersed with a chemical admixture and having different ionic strengths or turbid water whose water quality is liable to fluctuate into wastewater having a small amount of suspended solids. SOLUTION: In a method for purifying cement turbid water, the rate of change in the concentration of model turbid water is measured for each model turbid water to which a coagulant is added, and the rate of change when corresponding to a target cement removal rate and cement turbid water.
