PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-proof structure of a pile support structure which can be efficiently constructed and repaired, and a method for constructing the same. A wave-proof structure of a pile support structure 1 includes an upper fixing member 9 fixed to a superstructure 4, a lower fixing member 10 fixed to a pile columnar body 3, and one or a plurality of predetermined widths. And a panel body 12 composed of a wave-proof panel 11 formed at a height, the upper end portion of the panel body 12 is fixed to the upper fixing member 9, and the lower portion of the panel body 12 is fixed to the lower fixing member 10.
