NON-BURNING TOBACCO ROD MANUFACTURED ON BASIS OF FLOCKING TECHNIQUE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SAID TOBACCO ROD

A non-burning tobacco rod manufactured on the basis of a flocking technique, and a manufacturing method for said tobacco rod. The tobacco rod comprises: a cigarette paper layer (31), which is a hollow cylindrical structure. A binder layer (21) is provided on an inner wall of the cigarette paper layer (31), and tobacco filler granules (11), tobacco filler strips, or tobacco filler fibers are fixedly bound to the binder layer (21). The manufacturing method comprises flocking processing and tobacco rod rolling processing. First, flocking processing is used to automatedly flock tobacco in the form of strips, fibers, or granules onto a cigarette paper surface, and then cigarette rolling processing is subsequently performed, allowing a non-burning tobacco rod to be obtained. When the inside of the tobacco rod is tobacco filler granules, the complicated processing of using a plugging device at a tobacco rod opening is eliminated. When the inside of the tobacco rod is tobacco filler fibers, the thermal resistance to heat propagating radially through the tobacco rod is greatly reduced, improving the defects of higher thermal resistance, slow heat transmission rates, and uneven heating in existing tobacco rods.
