The pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity separation protective diaphragm for laparoscopic operation of the present invention comprises a control catheter (1) and a separation bag (10). A fluid-fillable annular sac (3) is connected to the opening of the separation bag (10), and the control catheter (1) is connected to the annular sac (3). At least one fixed sheath (2c) is provided on the annular sac (3) and/or the separation bag (10) close to the annular sac (3). The fixed sheath (2c) is connected to the inner side of the separation bag (10). The separation bag (10) is further provided with at least one bag sheath communicated with the inner side of the separation bag (10). The pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity separation protective diaphragm for laparoscopic operation of the present invention can artificially separate the pelvic cavity and the abdominal cavity into two closed and independent regions, ensuring and improving the safety and convenience of a patient undergoing laparoscopic pelvic operation, and improving the comfort of the patient.
