At the same time, two blocks of time delay and a neural network unit are additionally introduced into it, the first input of which is connected to the first input of the regulator and the output of the adder, and the first input and output of the controller, respectively, through the first and second blocks of the time delay are connected to the second and third inputs of the neural network unit, respectively, the first and second outputs of which are connected respectively to the second and third inputs of the regulator, and the output of the reference signal source is connected to the first input of the adder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the low-pass filter, and the PI controller contains an integrator, first and second multipliers and an adder.
