PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance traceability of fastening work for a member to be fastened.;SOLUTION: A torque value setting system comprises: a fastening tool capable of determining whether or not a fastening toque applied when fastening a member to be fastened is a predetermined fastening torque value; and a torque value setting device for setting a fastening torque value to the fastening tool. The fastening tool comprises: a torque value setting part allowing the fastening torque to set to an arbitrary value.
