To provide a voting card printing system capable of preventing mark errors on voting cards.SOLUTION: A voting card printing system includes: a reading unit 70 for acquiring image data of a voting card; a voting card printing device 4 comprising a main unit 71 that determines a lottery type from the image data of the voting card acquired by the reading unit and inquires about holding information on a target lottery on the basis of the determined lottery type; and a holding information management server 2 for notifying the voting card printing device of the holding information on the basis of the inquiry.
