The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a weather forecast data creation program and a weather forecast data creation method that are applicable even to a mobile body capable of high-speed travel; and a mobile body to which these can be applied.　This weather forecast data creation program is characterized by causing a computer to execute: a step in which ensemble weather forecast data is recorded; a step in which weather measurement data is recorded; a step in which weighting data is recorded; and a step in which weather forecast data is created on the basis of the weighting data and the ensemble weather forecast data.
