The present invention relates to two IgG type monoclonal antibodies LG43 and LG73 that specifically bind to the surface of periodontal ligament progenitor cells, and to their use, specifically binding to the surface of periodontal ligament progenitor cells of the present invention. When using an IgG monoclonal antibody, periodontal ligament progenitor cells that can be usefully used for tissue regeneration and differentiation can be effectively isolated and purified, and the IgG monoclonal antibody effectively differentiates periodontal ligament stem cells into periodontal ligament progenitor cells. It can also be usefully used for screening of substances that promote it.
