The present invention discloses an international money transfer system. More specifically, the present invention relates to an international money transfer system and method based on a fixed-value cryptocurrency that can immediately transfer fiat currencies used in different countries online in a short time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, each country operates a cryptocurrency exchange office as a branch that converts the currency of the corresponding country into cryptocurrency and exchanges the currency value by fixing the currency value when exchanging the cryptocurrency into the legal currency. By operating a central cryptocurrency exchange that exchanges cryptocurrencies between branches of the currency operating side at the exchange rate of the current legal currency, the remittance side is the central cryptocurrency through the first branch cryptocurrency operator. Legal currency between different countries by passing through a currency exchange to a second branch cryptocurrency operator operating in the recipient's country through exchange, remittance and re-exchange procedures, and finally depositing in the second fiat currency used in the recipient's country.
