The present invention relates to a chromosome reading system for diagnosing radiation exposure based on deep learning, comprising: a first neural network for recognizing a chromosome; A second neural network for recognizing abnormal and overlapping chromosomes among the chromosomes; An analysis unit including a first analysis unit for analyzing the number of chromosomes and a second analysis unit for analyzing the number of abnormal and overlapping chromosomes among the analyzed chromosomes; And a reading unit that determines the chromosome as unreadable, normal or abnormal based on the result values of the first analysis unit and the second analysis unit. By using the chromosome reading system for diagnosis of radiation exposure, it is possible to read the radiation-exposed chromosome with a high accuracy of 80% or more while reducing the reading time by 1/10 compared to the prior art.
