The present invention discloses a method for controlling a smart home network service. The present invention recognizes a network error when a smart home network service is requested from a communication terminal in which a home portal application is installed at a time when a network error of the smart home network occurs. It is to remotely control various in-house devices connected to the smart home network through automatic operation of the voice recognition control mode (e.g., sound QR) according to the recognized network error, thereby preventing the smart home network service from being stopped due to a network error. This is to prevent and improve user discomfort caused by the suspension of smart home network services.
