The present invention relates to antibody constructs comprising a domain that binds Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) and another domain that binds CD3. In addition, the present invention provides a polynucleotide encoding an antibody construct, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the polynucleotide or vector. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for producing the antibody construct of the present invention, a medical use of the antibody construct, and a kit comprising the antibody construct.
