A big-data cluster updating method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: acquiring the number of big-data clusters to which a designated terminal belongs; if the number of big-data clusters is greater than a preset number threshold, acquiring update data from a preset database, the database being configured to only allow access of a first node; if a designated version number satisfies a preset update trigger condition, acquiring a designated update policy corresponding to the designated version number according to a preset update policy acquisition rule; determining whether other terminals except for the designated terminal are recorded in the designated update policy; and if no other terminal except for the designated terminal is recorded in the designated update policy, updating the designated terminal by using the update data according to the designated update policy. Thus, the simultaneous update of a plurality of big-data clusters can be achieved without additionally building a new management platform.
