The present application relates to the field of artificial intelligence technology, and discloses an OCT image segmentation method, which parses, segments and displays an OCT image on the basis of a denoising model, a segmentation model and a pattern recognition model, performs extraction and display of a thumbnail, performs switching display and storage of an image denoising result, and performs calculation and display of a CVI of a custom drawing area. The present application further provides an OCT image segmentation apparatus and device, and a computer readable storage medium. Such an OCT image segmentation manner not only implements the refined segmentation of an OCT image, but also implements segmentation based on the morphology of a case, improving the accuracy of image segmentation, and also implementing visual display of the image, facilitating observation and analysis by a user.
