The present invention relates to a micelle having drug resistance and containing surface-modified metal nanoparticles therein, a use thereof, and a preparation method therefor. Micelles according to an aspect, a composition, comprising same, for intracellular delivery of nanoparticles, a method for preparing a composition for intracellular delivery of nanoparticles, and a pharmaceutical composition, comprising micelles according to an aspect, for prevention or treatment of cancer do not cause drug-resistance and can be advantageously used for effectively preventing or treating cancer.
