The invention refers to medicine, more particularly to methods based on fluorescent diagnostics for evaluating the state of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. A method for measuring perfusion of biological tissues and for evaluating blood flow and lymph flow parameters comprises an intraprocedural administration to a patient of an indocyanine green solution and performance of a fluorescent angiography procedure in the area of interest, the method being characterized in that a laser radiation source with a wavelength in the range of 780-790 nm is used for the fluorescence excitation, a distribution map of the time for achieving maximum intensity is used to assess the blood supply, a subcutaneous injection of indocyanine green is used to evaluate the lymph flow parameters and for lymphatic system visualization, and an intravenous injection of indocyanine green is used to evaluate the blood flow and blood supply parameters. The method improves the diagnostic effectiveness of fluorescent angiography, provides for evaluation of blood flow parameters and the level of blood supply to biological tissues, identifies problem zones in a patient, expands functionalities of the procedure by making it possible to evaluate lymph flow parameters in addition to blood flow parameters, and provides new information to a physician, thus having a positive outcome for a patient's treatment.
