FIELD: medicine. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynecology. On the vaginal part of the cervix, a flexible loop is first applied, equipped with a lock with a retainer. Then the loop is tightened, narrowing the cervical canal to a diameter of 1 mm, while the loop is fixed in the lock. Then a fixed flexible loop is left in the vaginal cavity.
